The hot water in the shower was non-existent for a day, necessitating a room change which was a hassle. The first room's door was difficult to open, creating a bit of frustration during my stay.

Incredibly small rooms!!! Poor design decisions, like light switches malfunctioning and a useless couch!!! The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning, and the check-out arrangements left much to be desired!!!

Had a comfy twin room with plenty of space. The staff was super nice and made me feel welcome. Really appreciated the late check-in service too! One thing to note, the breakfast was a bit basic. a few more options would’ve been awesome. it’s an easy place to kick back after exploring Berlin.
